1) MINA AZUL:
a) File: Nº 16.674

b) History: Original taken as a “manifestación de descubrimiento” by Mansfield Minera S.A. and then transferred to Minera El Toro S.A., which is the current owner. Mensura has been approved.
c) Current Situation: On 27-03-06 a sworn declaration of fulfillment of the fifth and last year of the investment plan was filed. This was approved by the Judge of Mines on 08-06-2006. The last renewal of the Environmental Impact Report was approved and notified on 04-02-09.
d) Next Payment Due-date:
The next bi-annual renewal of the environmental report expires on 04/02/2011.
The payment of the next land fee expires on 30/06/09.
2) MINA AZUL 2:
a) File: Nº 16.689

c) Current Situation: The file is in “Catastro” (the mine has been graphically registered). The environmental report was approved and notified on 03-03-09.
d) Next Payment Due-date:
The next bi-annual renewal of the environmental report expires on 03/03/2011.
Once Antares gets the concession the company will have 100 days to complete the legal work and “mensura”.
